Payment information (credit card numbers, CVV, etc.) is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you check out, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe under their own privacy and security terms. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use our site. We use the following analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics — aggregate site usage and traffic
  • Mixpanel — product and funnel analytics

These tools may set cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect checkout, login, and cart functionality.

6. Sharing your information

These partners may be located outside of Canada, including in the United States and other jurisdictions, and your information may be processed and stored in those countries subject to their local laws. We select partners that apply appropriate safeguards to your personal information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including meeting legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations. Order records are typically retained for at least seven years to comply with Canadian tax and accounting requirements.
